The Programme
CONCENTRATION & MEMORY
The 9-week “Think on your feet” programme includes concentration, attention and memory tasks suitable for all abilities. A detailed initial assessment that is included in the programme will determine what is a good challenge for you.
BALANCE
Balance training tailored to your needs- seated, standing or walking.
FUN
We meet twice a week in small groups of like-minded people with plenty of time for a chat before we get moving and thinking. Contact me for a list of venues of current groups or if you would like to suggest your location for a new group.

Terms & Conditions
By enrolling in the programme, participants agree to the terms of the following policy.
The price for the fitness class programme reflects a discounted rate for enrolling in the complete programme. This discount is applied to encourage full commitment and participation.
The total programme fee may be paid in one or two instalments. If choosing the instalment option, the first instalment must be paid before the programme commences, and the second instalment must be paid at the programme’s mid-point.
Refunds will not be issued for individual sessions missed during the programme. This policy is in place to maintain the integrity of the discounted programme rate and to encourage consistent attendance.
In cases where participants have planned travel during the programme and cannot attend, a reduced price may be offered by prior arrangement. This must be discussed and agreed upon before the programme begins.
In the event of prolonged sickness that prevents participation in the programme, participants may be eligible for a partial refund or credit towards future sessions. A medical certificate may be required to process this request.
