The Programme
YOUR GOAL
This 9-week programme will be designed around your goal, your unique needs and what works for you. The first step towards this is a detailed initial consult which will allow us to hone in on existing strengths and areas of growth and to further shape up your goal.
After the consult you can decide whether you would like to take what you have learned to continue your journey or whether you would like to work with me to make a realistic plan to work toward your goal and to work with me on this journey.
1 ON 1 SUPPORT
During our weekly catch-ups we will assess what is working for you and what is not, how we can respond to this and how you are tracking on the journey.
You choose what works best for you in how we meet up for the initial consult and our weekly catch-ups – face to face at the Powerx2 premises in Mount Maunganui, at your home (in the Tauranga/Mount area) or online.
BRAIN & BODY
This 9-week programme works in a way that recognises the importance of, and powerful relationship between, body and brain health.
Specific thinking patterns can contribute to a plateau in training and your mood and thoughts importantly can influence recovery from an injury or surgery. Conversely, learning to harness endorphins produced by movement can assist positive mood changes and reduction of anxieties that stop you from having the life you deserve.
